MBSR & MBCT

Having recently taken the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and delivered in my case by Hugh Byrne and Rebecca Hines, seeing a news article about Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) piqued my curiosity and led me to this website and yet another TED talk, this time a TEDx talk.
